Valeria Bille

Valeria is an occupational psychologist and an accredited executive coach who has worked in the Financial Services industry for more than 20 years. She has worked as a Talent Development expert across several international investment banks. Valeria covered a variety of roles which enabled her to advise senior executives on human capital strategy and organisational development for many internal divisions.

Valeria holds Master’s degrees in Social and Organisational Psychology from London School of Economics and La Sapienza University (Rome). She has many areas of specialisation, including executive presence and personal impact, leadership development, career management, team management, personal effectiveness, resilience and wellbeing.
