For over 20 years, her track record is one of designing, delivering, and evaluating coaching & development programmes, 1:1 as well as 1: many, both in person and remotely, in a variety of sectors and stages of business/life cycle, with a diverse range of clients, spanning 7 countries and 3 continents.

Building on her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, she brings the science of well-being to life with humour and curiosity, to help clients to unlock their potential, achieve outstanding results, and sustainable success.
