Founder and CEO

Charlotte is internationally respected for her work helping leaders and organisations navigate complexity, build resilience and create environments where people can thrive. She works with start-ups through to multinationals and has coached and trained thousands of leaders and individuals around the world

Following her pioneering research on CEO behaviours and mindsets, Charlotte is also a keynote speaker and is regularly invited to feature at international conferences and client events.

Managing Partner

Tim is a senior advisor to leadership teams on strategy and organisational improvement.  His international experience includes work and research in the Europe, Middle East, USA and Asia-Pacific. 

Prior to joining Step Inside Group, Tim was a Partner in the global strategy consultancy Oliver Wyman, where he was a founding Partner of the firm’s global Organisational Effectiveness Practice.  Throughout his career, Tim has been a respected expert commentator, speaking at and chairing conferences internationally and featuring in media including the Financial Times, Times, Telegraph, Reuters and international business journals.
