Dexter supports teams and leaders to flourish by creating awareness of their strengths, cultivating wellbeing and maximizing performance. His experience spans the local government, charity & education sectors. A registered Career Development Practitioner with the Career Development Institute (CDI), Dexter has an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology and is an Associate Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
