With 30 years in leadership roles, an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and extensive cross cultural experience including Africa and the Middle East, she offers a wealth of expertise in culture shock, emotional resilience through change, and workplace identity. Ruth is also a Course Director for the Coaching Certificate Programme at Cambridge University (ICE) and Adjunct Professor at the American Institute for Foreign Study.
