Bruce is a highly experienced leader with 40+ years professional and people management experience. He is at his best in the most challenging and complex situations, where his desire and ability to develop the business, be a thought leader, excel in client delivery and lead people and organisations successfully through transformational change is evident. Bruce is recognised as developing deep and trusting client and business relationships. Not only this but he is experienced in developing and executing strategy and business plans to realise strategic objectives set. A highly skilled leader and coach, Bruce is committed to bringing out the best in people. He has expertise in people centred change, with specific focus on initiating, and delivering complex transformational change.

Bruce has benefited from working across public and private sectors and has a proven track record leading major organisational change projects, linked to realisation of business goals, resulting in improved operational, financial and regulatory performance.

Over his career, Bruce has held a range of senior leadership positions, latterly including the role of Group HR Director for a large Financial Services firm and most recently as Transformation Director in one of the "big 4" professional services firms.
