Clive Stevenson

With a 30-year background as a mental health nurse and therapist, Clive has managed mental health services across a county, led on strategy and policy for the Department of Health and developed commissioning across London. He has been involved with Mental Health First Aid England since its inception in 2007, created the One Day Champion course and was a key part of the team that developed the current Mental Health First Aid course.

Clive delivers MHFA and Suicide First Aid courses to a wide variety of clients, and is a National Trainer, training, supervising and mentoring MHFA & SFA instructors. He has lectured in health and transformation, developed an innovative BSc programme in psychology and nursing with the University of Luton, and is active as a professional mentor, executive coach and keynote speaker.
