Jake Kemp

Jake is an experienced Mental Health First Aid Instructor, having delivered courses since 2017. He is a campaigner for social reform and passionate about access to good health and recovery. Jake supports a wide range of individuals, many of whom have approached him with issues of addiction or suicide, both through mutual aid organisations and private practice. Jake is especially interested in the overlap between substance use (including medications and alcohol) and poor mental health.
