CPD accredited neurodiversity training for managers
Our neurodiversity programme is a practical development journey that equips managers with the knowledge, confidence and skills to lead neuroinclusive teams, so every member of the team can do their best work.
The programme explores:
Understanding neurodiversity at work: recognising how ADHD, dyslexia and autism can show up at work, including sensory experiences, masking and the strengths that often go unseen.
Supporting strengths and adjustments: understanding the duty to make reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010, and agreeing them through confident, person-centred conversations.
Building a neuroinclusive team: turning insight into practical action, from recruitment and performance management to everyday communication.
Each programme is tailored to your organisation and can be delivered online or in person, as one 4-hour session or two 2-hour sessions.

Understanding & Supporting Neurodiversity
For all employees
This workshop explores the neurobiological foundations of neurodiversity, dispels common myths, and highlights how neurodivergent traits show up in the workplace. Whether you’re neurodivergent yourself, want to support a colleague, or simply want to better understand how to create an inclusive work environment, this session offers practical insights for all.

Becoming Ally-Wise: Challenging Bias to Accelerate Inclusion
For leaders
This session helps leaders understand and differentiate between the roles of mentors, sponsors, and allies, and identify how they can contribute to their teams and support their diverse workforce. Leaders learn tools to build an inclusive and equitable workplace, understanding that their influence can significantly impact career advancement and workplace culture.
Our recent work
Clients come to us for our expertise. They stay with is for our impact and our positive working style. Here are some at-a-glance neurodiversity case studies.
Building Neuro-Inclusion Into Everyday Work
The Challenge
A well-known international drinks brand operating across nine locations had low engagement survey results. Leaders wanted to understand how disability and neurodiversity were shaping colleagues’ experience, and where barriers to psychological safety were holding people and performance back.
Our Approach
We partnered with them on a three-phase programme. We started with interactive workshops for all colleagues, then built managers’ capability to support neurodivergent talent, balancing empathy with fairness for everyone. In the third phase we carried out a cultural disability inclusion audit. We reviewed their internal inclusion survey, ran focus groups and one-to-one interviews, and turned the findings into a practical report and route map.
The Impact
Programme sponsors reported stronger belonging and engagement, and managers said they felt more confident supporting their teams. The audit gave leaders a clear set of agreed priorities, and neuro-inclusive practice is now part of their e-learning and performance management. The sponsor described our support as excellent and said it would “add value to our teams and business”. We continue to work together to track progress and keep improving.
Leading Neuro-Inclusion From the Top
The Challenge
A global professional services firm wanted to strengthen its commitment to DEI and ESG by making neuro-inclusion something its leaders owned. It needed senior leaders aligned on a clear strategy, and managers equipped to put that strategy into practice day to day.
Our Approach
We began with a targeted workshop for senior leaders, helping them agree and define their neuro-inclusion strategy. We then designed a practical training programme for managers. We piloted it first, then rolled it out across the business, tailoring versions for different roles and levels of experience. As the workforce has grown, we have trained HR colleagues to co-facilitate workshops, which builds lasting capability in-house.
The Impact
What began as a pilot is now a business-wide programme that continues to evolve with the firm. The partnership is ongoing, and we’re now developing a manager toolkit, running workshops that help managers lead their own team discussions on neuro-inclusion, and training managers in coaching for neuro-inclusion. The programme sponsor described it as insightful and well organised, and said it had helped them learn a lot about neurodiversity and how to create a more inclusive environment.
